Builders and builders representatives (agents) are invited to add their Chicago area new construction projects and individual listings to this site. It is designed to give consumers a one-stop location for Chicagoland’s new construction whether it be in the City or the surrounding Suburbs. Builders and agents are welcome to hyperlink to their websites, visual tours, etc. as well as include photos at no charge! (NOTE: Be sure to include the http:// in any website or visual tour link you are adding and also have it open in a new window)
We also invite homebuyers of any new construction to post comments on their buying experiences and Rate their builder on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest. If you are a consumer who has bought a home or townhome in one of these communities, we welcome your feedback and comments regarding the quality of your new home and the service you were provided. All Comment posts are screened by the webmaster once they are posted and, if unacceptable, will either be condensed, modified, or deleted as being too inflammatory or not being relevant to this site. Names are never posted in the Comments, only the user name you choose.
